Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist Description: We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to oversee the client onboarding process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience handling sensitive client information accurately. - Accurately open and process new client cases in a timely manner. - Collaborate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to collect and verify necessary information. - Refer clients to medical providers and coordinate appointments. - Create and manage client records in our portal, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. - Maintain detailed and organized records of all case-related data. - Cross-functional collaboration to ensure proper case setup and follow-up. - Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding the status of their onboarding process. - Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during onboarding. Requirements: - Previous experience in client onboarding, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a legal or insurance setting. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - English proficiency mandatory: B2 to C1 level. - Permanent contract. - Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (U.S. daylight time).
