Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of payments made by clients, managing and debugging cases received in compliance with KPIs. They will also carry out collection management by telephone and email, request and confirm payment supports as needed, and follow up on the correct application of payments received. Key Responsibilities: 1. Carry out proactive and corrective collection management by telephone and email. 2. Request and/or confirm payment supports to clients as necessary. 3. Ensure timely and accurate application of payments received. 4. Maintain updated customer contact information in the collection application. 5. Provide traceability in the collection application for all management activities carried out according to the global OTC policy. 6. Perform account reconciliations with clients as required. 7. Manage balances in favor with clients or internal areas in a timely manner. 8. Adhere strictly to the collection policy regarding escalations and established times. 9. Manage and comply with KPIs assigned to the role. 10. Develop sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 11. Update process support documentation annually. 12. Provide regular and concrete status updates through meetings with the manager of assigned accounts. 13. Maintain effective communication with internal/external/third parties to meet customer expectations. 14. Proactively resolve problems and implement corrective actions to ensure service excellence. Requirements: - Students/Professionals in fields such as public accounting, finance, business administration, or financial management. - A minimum of 1 year of experience managing accounts payable processes. - Good level of MS Excel and other MS Office tools. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - English language proficiency at B2 level. - Teamwork and autonomy.
