Purpose This role is responsible for proper analysis, planning, follow-up and closing of external and internal innitiatives in line with the continous improvement, optimization and estandardization strategy of IDEMIA for personalization services and manages the Change Request process ensuring satisfaction of internal indicators and quality levels. Key Missions Owns responsibilty for the migration and optimization projects for personalization services in the region (current or new customers) including correct planning, documentation, follow-up and correct closing (fulfilling lesson learnt templates) Manages Change request process for current customers (BAU) including planning of workload, resources, follow-up and reporting ensuring higher levels of efficiency Translate customer requests (internal or external) into an structured technical solution supported in IDEMIA tools and a detailed project plan including testing phase, Go Live and stabilization stages in line with the objectives Interfaces with different stakeholders during the execution of the projects and Change requests and serve as pivotal role in scalation of issues and blocking points for the workload in the BAU and internal projects Ensures that the project is in-line with the customer requirements using methods like requirement analysis, structure definitions, data gathering, in-out chart flows, customer kick offs, etc Interfaces with internal and external customer for the right adoption of the new processes, tools and methods in the strategy for optimization and migration of IDEMIA Perso services Owns the responsibility that all the internal development processes and guidelines are being followed to meet the expected quality by our customers Provides support to Engineering, Management, and Quality teams through participation in Continuous Process Improvement activities, project schedule reviews and customer requirements definitions Contributes to the training in new projects, migrations, tools and delivery to support teams. Works under limited supervision for non-routine situations and in charge of high complexity projects Trains, delegates and reviews the work of lower level employees Contributes in complex troubleshooting and quality complaint resolution Profile & Other Information Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer sciences, System engineering, Electronics, Electric, Telecommunication, Mechatronics or related professional areas. Experience: Minimun of 1-3 years of experience in development areas or IT roles. At least 2 years in project management or related role. Experience using .Net, C++, Java or other languages is recommended. English level: B2 or above. Knowledge in financial services industry and Software development lifecycle is desirable. Certification or courses in Project Management are a Plus.
