Program Manager Opportunity Job Description: We seek a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the continued success of our flagship program in Colombia, strengthening the development and impact of our work in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, leading a team, and delivering a powerful leadership development experience for social leaders across the country. Key responsibilities include program management, strategy, and team management. This includes understanding our local impact thesis, owning the local program, overseeing all program operations, and defining the program delivery calendar annually. The Program Manager will also supervise the annual outreach and recruitment process, lead the analysis and reporting of application data and trends, and build and leverage partnerships and alumni networks to identify strong candidates. Additionally, the Program Manager will oversee all components of program delivery, lead the preparation and evolution of facilitator guides, and root the work in the local context. They will facilitate sessions, provide support or coaching to fellows during both in-person and virtual program modules, and foster a culture of reflection, trust, and shared learning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in program management, facilitation, and operations, with a strong understanding of Colombia's socio-political realities and a commitment to social change. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English, and be comfortable engaging with people online and in person.
