About the Role: This position sits within our Bedbank unit. Job Description: The DCS is the primary point of contact between the client and Roiback. The fundamental mission is to increase sales levels for each of the clients in the portfolio managed; thanks to the optimization of online marketing for their direct channel of each product available, advising them on new trends in online marketing, competitiveness and profitability. The main functions to be covered are: - Support in defining objectives for an account. - Continuously review that sales and service quality objectives agreed with the client are met. - Diagnostics periodically the level of optimization of the account in the online commercialization of its product; define and execute the action plan that maximizes income through the direct channel; and report the achievement status. Additional responsibilities include: - Advising on pricing improvement plans and Revenue Management for the direct channel. - Informing and implementing new value-added products made available by Roiback to its clients. - Acknowledging client needs directly regarding changes in the commercialization of their product, and coordinating and following up with the departments responsible for resolving the rest of requests. - Increasing customer loyalty: Maintain contact with the client account managers through periodic calls and visits; and continuously evaluate progress and needs.
