Requirements: We are seeking a highly skilled individual who possesses the following qualifications: ] - A minimum of 1-2 years of prior Customer Service/Call Center experience. - An English – Spanish Language (Oral and writing 90 % or higher) (C1 or above) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A high school diploma or equivalent is required. - Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer satisfaction and performance in a high transaction volume/high demand environment is preferred. - The ability to project an energetic attitude, warm welcome, and positive image over the phone. - Adaptability and flexibility in a changing work environment. - Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. - Familiarity with computer systems / software and organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
