Key Responsibilities: - Full-cycle recruitment for critical IT, Interns, Managed Services Support, Customer Service Support, commercial, and pre-sales roles. - Strategic sourcing and engagement of high-potential candidates for Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina. - Relationship management with stakeholders, providing consultative recruitment support informed by data insights. - Market mapping and headhunting for niche and senior positions. - Multi-country sourcing efforts utilizing conventional and creative channels. - Candidate identification and screening using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-based tools. - ATS system management through SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent platforms. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting, strategic sourcing, and talent acquisition. - Proven success in headhunting, market mapping, and multi-country recruitment. - Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-powered candidate screening tools. - Experience in employer branding and talent attraction campaigns. - Skilled relationship management across regions. - Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS systems. - Fluency in English (C1 level required). - Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or related fields (HR postgraduate degree preferred). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
