Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Product/Project Manager to join our team. This role combines responsibilities in product management and project execution, requiring a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and team leadership. - Product Management (70%) - Define and prioritize product requirements in alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. - Translate stakeholder needs into well-scoped user stories and epics. - Maintain a prioritized product backlog with at least 3-4 sprints of groomed features. - Collaborate with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity. - Own the product roadmap and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Project Execution (30%) - Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. - Monitor team performance and velocity, identifying blockers and facilitating solutions. - Ensure sprint commitments are met, and delivery timelines are realistic and transparent. - Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Product/Project Manager role, preferably in Agile environments. - Strong technical acumen with experience working closely with engineering teams. - Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar. - Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder communications. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
