The role is part of the Employee IT Services team, which supports 45,000 employees globally. You'll contribute to the overall success of the team by ensuring specific individual goals and initiatives are executed, delivered in support of business strategies and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining current security permissions as per Bank policies on user accounts and applications - Providing professional and courteous support to the business community, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assisting in the investigation of applicable applications and account access issues - Managing the incident tracking system to ensure timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders You'll have the opportunity to work with various technologies, including Active Directory Users and Groups Policies, Application Operating Systems, and Network Topologies. We value your ability to adapt to new developments and innovations.
