Junior System Analyst This role centers on license true-up management and user data integrity, ensuring the client environment remains stable, scalable, and audit-ready. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sr. Analysts, Developers, and Solution Consultants to support product system enhancements and lead ongoing product management, reporting, and governance activities across our growing portfolio of client accounts. Licenses and Cost Management: - Track and monitor user licenses across client organizations - Maintain records of license usage, reallocation, and cost center alignment - Identify and escalate discrepancies in user provisioning or cost allocation User Administration and License Operations: - Manage license provisioning, user assignments, and cost allocation data - Maintain user hygiene through naming standards, permission alignment, and duplicate cleanup - Support onboarding and offboarding workflows for different user types per the User Subscription Model (USM) - Proactively monitor system data to flag any misalignments or irregular access patterns and avoid unwanted additional charges due to True-Up Reporting and Governance: - Maintain reporting workspaces and dashboards related to account health, user activity, and system governance - Ensure all system changes comply with client-specific policies and internal quality standards - Assist in the implementation of access protocols, user permission structures, and scheduled user audits Project Support and Documentation: - Support the technical configuration of client environments during onboarding, platform transitions, or plan consolidation efforts - Participate in planning meetings and scrums to break down requirements into executable technical tasks - Document configuration logic, update history, and account system architecture for internal traceability Training, Certifications, and Platform Enablement: - Complete Smartsheet University training tracks and certifications aligned to client project needs - Support the documentation and delivery of internal enablement sessions on platform features and configuration best practices - Stay informed on new product releases, beta features, and usage best practices from Smartsheet's Product section within the Channel Partner Portal Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (or final year student) in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues and define actionable solutions - Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills, confident working with both clients and internal teams - Genuine interest in technology tools that support process improvement, automation, and project management - Commitment to learning Smartsheet and becoming proficient in its use for enterprise-level system configuration, license operations, and process automation What You'll Gain: - Practical experience in core business operations and client service delivery - Exposure to the inner workings of a growing company and its cross-functional teams - Development of key professional skills in communication, coordination, organization, and client engagement - Exposure to international work environments, collaborating with clients and teammates across the United States, Mexico, and Colombia - A supportive and collaborative team environment that values curiosity, growth, and proactive engagement
