**- Plan, manage and execute online performance campaigns. - Measure and track performance of performance campaigns, assess against goals (ROI, CAC,) and optimise them accordingly. - Conduct multivariate testing to improve current online marketing best practices. - Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value, re-engagement and re-purchase rate in CRM framework. - Work closely with Regional CRM to develop experimentation strategies to drive platform usage, engagement, retention, cross-selling and advocacy. - Stay abreast of the latest online marketing trends in order to keep strategies up-to-date. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required. - 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, CRM). - Attention to detail. - Strong analytical skills, numerical skills. - Self-sufficient & creative problem solver. - Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, brings optimism and positive energy to the team. - Ecommerce experience preferred.
