Join us on our mission to create life-changing interactions between humans and online services with new and unseen solutions. **Job Description**: Purpose of regional Business Growth function is to cover business and commercial points with suppliers by doing proper market intelligence and ensuring that suggested business models will grant Infobip maximized profitability and short return of investment. Regional BG is having a consultant role from the preparation stage until the product launch and once the project is active, by tracking and improving financial progress. **Qualifications**: Yo know you're doing your job good when: - Follow defined strategy for the region covering most of IB products and suggest some improvements. - Make predictions of A2P volumes, margin and revenue for assigned projects in the region.* - Actively monitor assigned ongoing projects with suppliers and ensuring that the project is completed timely and with agreed commercial terms. - Suggesting known business models based on our analysis and proposing the optimal approach toward suppliers, creating ROI and payback period calculation.* - Collect all commercial connectivity information for assigned projects in the region and total BI regarding suppliers. - Approve commercial terms with operators for the proposal and in the final agreement stage according to IB internal procedures and processes.* - Prepare the strategy of connection usage in region, for all new deals in terms of initial setup, selling strategy and restrictions.* - Collaborate with other relevant teams in setting and adjusting routes.* - Track progress of achieving supplier tiers, commitments, prepayments, reaching ROI in a reasonable time and suggesting next steps for increasing profitability to a mentor. - Track the profitability of assigned deals with the operators with reporting about profitability side of projects to the mentor. - Preparing business insights for reports toward suppliers.* - Keep the communication with Global BG to ensure high level information flow, suggesting operational and business improvements, sharing good practices and use cases from the region within BG. - Follow the strategy delivered from HQ related to the operators and BG role in the region. - Keep up with updates from the industry, market trends and operator strategies.
