Telesign is hiring a Senior ProductManager, a role accountable for the complete life cycle of several Telesign products, internal or external facing. This person isresponsible for prioritizing different features andfunctionalities, delivery to market and evaluation after thedelivery. Also, this person is responsible for communicatingproduct strategy to all of the relevant stakeholders. Keyresponsibilities: - Identify, define and validate marketrequirements by gathering feedback from internal stakeholders,current and potential customers, and market research. - Collaboratewith other Telesign departments to set the long-term vision of the Telesign suite of solutions. - Define business priorities withinthe context of the product line and overall product strategy andbased on leadership input. - Responsible for tacticalimplementation of short-term and long-term product roadmap. -Communicate product strategy and project or program status to allrelevant participants and stakeholders, including the leadershipteam. - Manage product versioning, release cycle, clientcommunications and other go-to-market considerations. - Maintainthe product backlog and drive the agile process as the ProductOwner. - Anticipate problems in the software development lifecycleand work to resolve them. - Ensure delivery of projects followingengineering best practices. - Conduct product training for internaldepartments. - Support customer facing teams to deliver newcustomer integration and launch. - Assess and propose 3rd partysolutions for potential adoption at Telesign. - Create and trackbusiness & product KPIs on the performance of Telesignproducts. Essential Requirements: - University degree preferably in Applied Sciences. - 5+ years Product Management or other relevantexperience - 3+ years working with VoIP, SMS, Fraud prevention orsimilar solutions. - Experience working with CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaSand other cloud communications services. - Experience with web userinterfaces, websites, and portals. - Experience with RESTful APIsand exposure to REST, HTTP, JSON, XML, authentication concepts. -Knowledge and understanding of computer and network securityconcepts. - Knowledge and experience of tools and techniquesassessing competitor products, market research, and cost benefitanalysis to identify business value of products. - Stronganalytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills,self-organized, with a proactive approach and able to multitask. -Experience of working with business teams such as Sales, BusinessOperations, Finance, and outside vendors on defining new technologyprojects and product initiatives. - Use of common issue / tasktracking tools (eg. JIRA). - Experience using Scrum or other agilemethodologies. - Demonstrated skills in delivering high qualityproducts. - Ability to highly influence company strategy andproduct vision. - Judicious decision-making skills in ahigh-responsibility environment. - Independent problem-solvingskills, working efficiently with teams of two to three, pairprogramming or working alone.
