Schedule: - (40 hours a week) - Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm EST includes 1hr unpaid break Role Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for international clients seeking financing for U.S. real estate investments. From the initial conversation through post-closing support, you'll guide clients through the financing process, ensure they understand their options, and coordinate internally to move loans toward a successful close. Key Responsibilities - Conduct introductory calls and explain financing options to prospective clients. - Collect client information and match them with appropriate loan terms. - Present financing terms, handle inquiries, and communicate the value of our offering clearly and confidently. - Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the loan process and after closing. - Lead client kick-off calls alongside the Processing Manager to outline next steps and required documentation. - Collaborate with the Processing Manager on client communication during escalations or when additional support is needed. - Monitor loan progress, manage client expectations, and ensure satisfaction. - Promote repeat business and referrals by delivering an exceptional client experience.
