Portfolio that includes: Managed ApplicationServices, Managed Operation Services, APS/ NOC, Business ConsultingResponsibilities: - Drive sales opportunities while working in anoverlay sales model to leverage the existing NICE salesorganization infrastructure. - Deliver on organizational strategywith the NICE VRS model to instigate and drive positive change. -Develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Services Sale's Renewalsand maintain Continuous (VRS) pipeline. - Focus on services-onlysales that drive customer value and success. - Mine the currentNICE installed base and develop new VRS opportunities - “Tailor”and expand the solutions to fit specific customer requirementswhile working closely with the NICE product house. - Work and offerproposed solutions and articulate their true value based uponcustomer’s strategy and directions. - Create new opportunities byevangelizing the solutions to new customers and stakeholders -engage with prospect customers to position the offering throughstrategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROIanalysis, references and analyst data. - Provide accurate monthlyforecasting. - Become the Subject Matter Expert and act as a "goto" person for Americas sales team for VRS selling. - Ensureon-going and continuous value to drive renewals of sold accounts. -Sell to all VRS customers, globally, in each region. Requirements: - Proficient and fluent English speaker. - At least 8 years ofselling and customer management experience in the IT industry(Advantage of previous experience selling services added value). -Proven experience in selling solutions and services to domestic,regional and global accounts (high touch with VP / C Levelexperience). - Excellent presentation skills and interpersonalrelationship. - Vertical expertise in one or more of the following:Telco, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Outsource, Travel,Utilities. - Understanding current technologies and IT relatedinfrastructure and business challenges. - Technical understandingof Services and Maintenance terminology, technology and practices. - High-level technical skills & fast learning curve of product& application. - Creativity - Self-Starter, “out of the box”thinker, tailor and expand solutions to fit specific customerrequirements based upon customer's strategy and directions. - Buildgood working relationship and cooperation with the regionalpresales / sales organization. - Education - Degree in businessadministration / technological domain.
