Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations. - Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness and quality. - Prepare VIP rooms according to operational needs and anticipate arrivals with sufficient time. - Ensure sector cleaning routines are carried out and make necessary handovers. - Periodically inspect public areas and supervisor routines for compliance. - Randomly inspect laundry and processes. - Schedule and direct inventory of linens, uniforms, etc. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or 1 year as an Assistant Manager/Manager of Housekeeping. - Experience in managing and training groups of people. - Intermediate English level. - Knowledge and management of Suite of Office, Opera, HotSOS. - Technical and practical knowledge of cleaning liquids and chemicals. - Knowledge of cleaning techniques according to surfaces.
