Responsibilities: Conduct strategic outbound calls to prospects interested in sustainability and climate action solutions Represent cutting-edge environmental services and solutions to potential clients Generate new business opportunities through professional cold calling and lead qualification Work with leads generated through sophisticated Apollo.io campaigns and automation Discuss climate action initiatives and sustainability topics with engaged prospects Utilize integrated dialer system for efficient and effective call management Follow proven telesales methodologies while maintaining focus on environmental mission Collaborate with lead generation team to optimize prospect qualification and conversion







Requirements Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) – able to communicate confidently and effectively with prospects in both languages Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, and lead qualification Genuine passion for sustainability, environmental causes, and climate action Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence Ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations about environmental solutions Experience with cold calling techniques and objection handling Enthusiasm for mission-driven work and making a positive global impact Adaptability to work with integrated technology platforms and CRM systems
