Enhance Customer Experience We are seeking an exceptional individual who can effectively communicate with customers and provide them with tailored solutions. - Main Responsibilities: - Onboarding Support: Assist customers through the onboarding process by providing clear instructions and guidance. - Demonstrations and Training: Conduct demos and training sessions to educate customers on key features and applications. - Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives. - Escalation: Escalate complex issues or concerns to the appropriate teams. - Documentation: Record initial queries and subsequent actions taken. - Requirements: - Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills. - Multitasking and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously. - Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
