Job Description: As a Senior Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching the field sales team to meet objectives and targets. You will ensure the efficient allocation of resources for sales promotion services and design and implement training programs tailored to market dynamics and performance needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and coach the field sales team to achieve sales targets - Develop and manage the annual business plan in alignment with company strategy - Design and implement sales training programs - Manage business intelligence and key channel performance indicators Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. You must have over 15 years of experience in field force management and channel management. A C1 level of English proficiency is also required.
