This is a remote position. Job Highlights: • 40 hours per week • Permanent work from home, project based for 4 months May to September (may lead to full time; tentative) • Schedule: Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM • Client Timezone: EST Responsibilities: • Handle customer service inquiries and provide information about moving services • Assist with sales processes and follow-ups • Manage administrative tasks to support daily operations • Coordinate with the owner on various aspects of the business • Support marketing efforts, including website management • Assist with scheduling and coordinating moves • Handle data entry and maintain accurate records • Assist in managing local and long-distance moves across the United States • Collaborate with the owner to implement growth strategies • Contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction • Adapt to varying workloads based on seasonal demands Requirements • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) • Experience in customer service or sales roles • Proficiency in using office software and remote working tools • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about the moving industry • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Availability to work full-time, aligning with U.S. time zones Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_22585_JOB
