As a Solutions Engineer inSão Paulo, you will work closely with Sales and Account Managementteams to drive success for Taboola’s worldwide advertisers. Youwill be responsible for onboarding new Advertisers, monitoringdelivery and performance, resolving technical issues, and providingin-depth technical recommendations, best practices and optimizationstrategies across a book of business. This includes troubleshootingcomplex database and backend technology issues. The SolutionsEngineer possesses great communication and presentation skills, andability to understand all technical aspects of our client’s goaland objectives. The Solutions Engineer should be a fast learner andable to ramp up on the changing needs of the platform. Continuouslearning and adaptability to change are critical parts of the job. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - 3+ years of experience in aSolutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Managerrole - Experience in tracking implementation methods (e.g.,Shopify, WordPress, DCM) - Experience working with SQL, GoogleAnalytics, APIs and Mobile SDKs - Experience working with GoogleTag Manager and mobile measurement partners (e.g., Appsflyer,Adjust, Kochava, Branch) - Proven ability to strategically evaluateand drive client success through sales techniques such as effectivequestioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. - Strongcustomer service skills and demonstrated ability to build effectiverelationships - Excellent written and verbal communication skills,and ability to translate technical investigations and analysis intoactions for non-technical stakeholders Bonus points if you have: -Experience with the ecosystem of ad networks, DSPs, audiencetargeting and technology, ad operations and ad buying How you’llmake an impact: As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll bring value by: -Owning responsibility for end-to-end technical onboardingprocesses, Taboola pixel implementation, conversion tracking,performance and health analysis. - Performing technicaltroubleshooting to identify and proactively solve issues. -Performing end-to-end campaign performance analysis, and providedelivery and optimization recommendations to cross-functionalstakeholders and clients, to increase revenue and KPI attainment. -Designing methodologies and tools to improve customer service andtroubleshooting ability - Building an in-depth knowledge of Taboolaadvertising products, and how they can be used to meet a wide rangeof marketing objectives.
