Job Title: Sr. Customer Success Executive About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Success Executive to join our team at Infobip. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing relationships with Tier 1 clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Main Responsibilities: - Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customers (Tier 1) to achieve overall customer health and growth. - SaaS Adoption: Serve as a focal point of contact for all SaaS matters to maximize SaaS product adoption and platform usage. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Organize and orchestrate cross-functional resources to fulfill customer requirements, proactively engage customers, and help them achieve business success. - Customer Feedback: Be the voice of customers back to our Product SaaS organization and communicate trending customer feedback and ideas. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications, IT, Telecommunications or other related fields - Min. 5 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Key Account Management, Customer Success, Client Relations, Consultancy or Business Development - Proven experience in Relationship Management - Experience with Consultive Sales in SaaS companies - Advanced/Fluent English is a must About Us: At Infobip, we dream big.
