Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives within our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in implementing ISO standards, managing audits, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations such as GMP and OSHA. You’ll play a critical role in safeguarding operational integrity, supporting international certifications, and reinforcing the brand’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor compliance protocols and quality control procedures aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, and other industry standards. Lead internal and external audits and ensure the company maintains necessary certifications. Stay informed on changes in relevant laws and regulations (GMP, GDP, OSHA, environmental safety) and adjust company processes as needed. Maintain structured documentation systems for quality audits, non-conformities, corrective actions, and employee training records. Establish long-term monitoring strategies and preventive quality measures to ensure continuous improvement. Create and conduct training programs to educate staff on compliance procedures, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards. Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to ensure ongoing adherence to quality expectations across all departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a related regulatory role. Solid understanding of ISO certification processes and documentation. Familiarity with GMP, GDP, OSHA, and other industry-specific compliance frameworks. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and audit readiness. Experience with quality management systems (QMS) or documentation software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
