About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering the growth of partner brands in the Restaurant vertical, ensuring optimal operations through strategic planning and execution. You will drive the expansion of restaurants across Latin America, focusing on sales and technological innovation while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner operations and management for increased growth and profitability. - Conduct regular 360° analyses of brands to recommend growth and process optimization (metrics analysis, commercial proposals, campaigns, ads, etc.). - Promote self-management of accounts through training on partner tools, operational needs, performance analysis, and campaign creation. - Stay up-to-date with company processes and products through ongoing training and professional development. - Maintain accurate client information, negotiate agreements, and track activities using the company's CRM system. - Efficiently contact various databases to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and area goals. - Respond promptly to partner requests and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements: - Degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields. - At least 1 year of solid experience in account management, customer service, sales, or similar roles. - Strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and influence to achieve the best results for partners, users, and the organization. - Proactive, resourceful, creative, quick to execute, and willing to seek help when needed.
