Descripción general: This position supports social media operations across multiple global brands and reports to our Global Social Media Team with offices in Chicago, Toronto, and London. A successful candidate will be collaborative and adaptable, must be able to problem-solve and effectively communicate across our global marketing ecosystem. Cómo lograrás un impacto: - Assist with scheduling content optimally across multiple profiles, networks, and campaigns. Assign native posts to campaigns. Organize our media library of videos, images, GIFS and PDFs. - Assist in building custom dashboards to measure the impact of our content and share best practices and benchmarks. - Manage our social media inbox (direct messages, comments, mentions, and replies) - Monitor mentions, keywords, customer discussions, and competitor pages. Escalate sudden activity or negative sentiment as they arise. - Support teams with access to specific profiles, campaigns, and settings. Ensure all social profiles remain in connected status. Update our banned keywords to protect our reputation and stay compliant. Keep current and test out new platform features and product updates. - Other global social media initiatives as assigned. Acerca de ti: - Experience: At least one year of experience of social media experience preferred. Experience with social media management tools and networks - LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, X and Reddit. Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams. University degree in Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Communications: Effective communication skills to develop relationships with internal colleagues and external partners. - Project Management: Ability to plan and organize work and self to achieve objectives and targets; accountable for delivering outcomes; strives to meet and exceed expectations. - Agile: Has a flexible approach to change; can work effectively in various situations; constantly seeks improvements and is forward-looking. - Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus (Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Swedish, Swiss, Turkish, etc.).
