**RESPONSIBILITIES** - Uploading Documents Weekly to Electronic Files and Hard Copies - Maintain Training Files/ Online Data / Hard Copies - Maintain Electronic Files/ Hard Copies - Creating, updating and distributing reports, files, informatino - Assist in providing electronic file administration to stakeholders - Perform weekly audits (Electronic Files/ Hardcopies) to ensure that data is accurate **QUALIFICATIONS** - Attention to detail - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - 3-10 years related experience - English professional fluency, preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English, preferred. - Ability to obtain and maintain RSO Vetting Security Clearance - Ability to successfully pass any employment related drug screening and background security check **WORKING CONDITIONS
