**Responsibilities and Qualifications**: - The CTL will have substantial practical experience in the safe use of all Air Cargo Handling Equipment and will supervise a shift of Cargo Specialists in support of the NATO Resolute Support Mission. - The CTL will have rotary wing experience and either hold or be able to obtain an HKIA airfield driver's license. - The CTL will possess a valid IATA Dangerous Air Cargo qualification. - Must be able to demonstrate previous relevant experience in the handling of military air cargo operations. - Must hold a valid and internationally recognized national driving license (to include a forklift) - English language skills, both written and spoken, preferred - Must be familiar with radio and telephone procedure in order to communicate with the HKIA Air Operations Centre and Air Traffic Control. - Familiar with NATO, ICAO and IATA terminology and standards and also to be familiar with ramp (apron) safety procedures. **WORKING CONDITIONS
