We are looking for a Partner Ecosystem Analyst to join our team. You will report to the Senior Director of Partner Ecosystemto drive performance of Client’s Partner Program and the overall Ecosystem through reporting and analysis of key performance metrics. Responsibilities: - Provide strong, timely financial and business analytics for decisions by partners and organizational stakeholders. - Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes, and organize team OKRs to focus team efforts on key initiatives. - Analyze and interpret data for multiple stakeholders in Business Development and Partnerships. - Keep knowledge bases current on all ecosystem partnerships to educate internal and external stakeholders. - Participate in team meetings regularly to assess issues and to identify and implement improvements for more-efficient operations. - Work with our internal Specialist team to onboard new brand clients and manage the intake of partners to ensure they abide by best practices. - Work with client’s billing and accounting teams to drive established reporting, billing, and collections with partners. - Analyze partner-driven sales pipeline performance and provide recommendations for areas of focus, improvement, and further opportunity. Investigate client’s addressable market to identify partnership opportunities to unblock TAM. Requirements : - 2+ years of experience in an analyst role. - Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently. - Outstanding ability to solve problems using available resources, and thoughtfully explain resolutions and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools. - Experience with Looker, Tableau, or comparable BI tools. - Basic database management skills - Advanced English.
