What you'll do - You will report to Product Management Director to contribute to track record of managing multiple large multi-team projects using Agile methodologies. - Manage and oversee multiple large multi-team projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. - Follow up diligently to ensure project tasks are completed and projects are brought to successful completion. - Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. - Effectively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Implement robust Scope and Change Management processes to control project scope and manage changes effectively. - Develop pilot and rollout plans for new initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption. - Preferably hold a PMP certification to bring a strong project management foundation to the role. - Publish regular status reports on project progress, documenting key metrics, risks, and issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Coordinate and collaborate with distributed teams, promoting effective communication channels and fostering a cohesive working environment. You should have - 8+ years of IT project management experience leading multiple large projects using Agile methodologies - Experience overseeing the work of contractors and external vendors - Experience in implementing Scope and Change Management processes to control project scope and manage changes. - Bachelor's degree in administration or related field.
