Purpose The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the implementation and QA process for Global Teller application for all the countries/regions using the Application, leveraging testing methods and practices to document requirements, drive development, and develop automation solutions. Quality control completes the delivery cycle to ensure code delivered to production meets business requirements, increases productivity, and maintains security and code quality, reducing maintenance cycles. The candidate will coordinate and provide guidance to the testing team related to manual testing, automated testing, and stressed testing. This role will also ensure that eTeller functionality is automated when possible to allow for regression testing at any time. The role breakdown will be 60% analysis & design of testing strategy, 25% automation development, and 15% testing. Accountabilities Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.Conduct and adjust testing methods and practices to assess and evolve productDesign test approach. Select appropriate test tools. Align test cases to requirements and user stories.In conjunction with the development team, decide where to build automated and manual tests, develop test data, construct and execute exploratory, system, regression, migration, back-end, and user acceptance tests, and determine whether to create any complex environments or major improvements for the automation frameworks.Write clear and concise defect reports and advocate for the customer's quality experience.
