This is a highly creative position for someone who doesn't just adjust templates or swap out fonts but instead imagines, sketches, and creates visuals from the ground up. Responsibilities Creative Concept Development - Translate creative briefs into thoughtful design concepts that push beyond the obvious - Explore visual storytelling, custom layouts, and typography to produce engaging original work - Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing unexpected ideas to the table Custom Asset Design & Production - Design assets from scratch including social graphics, presentations, infographics, digital ads, and more - Prepare final deliverables optimized for both print and digital formats - Ensure each asset reflects the brand's identity while exploring new visual directions Branding & Visual Identity - Contribute to the development and evolution of branding systems and style guides - Build visual consistency across touchpoints while elevating the creative standard - Take initiative to refresh or challenge stale visuals with better design thinking Team Collaboration & Execution - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure visuals support messaging and business goals - Own projects from concept through execution, managing revisions and feedback loops smoothly - Maintain deadlines while protecting the creative integrity of your work What Makes You a Strong Candidate You are a designer who leads with creativity. You never settle for just “filling in the blanks.” Instead, you see every project as an opportunity to bring something new to the table. You're not afraid to take creative risks when it makes the work stronger. You have a sharp eye, a strategic mindset, and the skills to design visual assets that are anything but generic. Required Experience & Skills - 2-4 years of hands-on graphic design experience - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma - A portfolio showcasing original work not modified templates or stock-heavy designs - Strong understanding of composition, typography, layout, and color theory - Experience in developing or contributing to visual brand systems - Ability to present creative concepts and explain design decisions clearly - Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team - Bonus: Experience in animation, motion design, or UI/UX What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Your day will begin with reviewing creative briefs or syncing with internal stakeholders. From there, you'll jump into sketching or designing new assets from scratch whether it's for a product launch, a campaign, or a new brand direction. You'll bring original concepts to life, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and refine based on feedback. Every day is different, but creativity is always at the core.
