Channel the power of YOU as the next Full-Time **Recognition Program Specialist** at CSG. **Who will love this job**: - **A hybrid** - you excel when you can choose your work style - remote, in-office, or a combination of both - ** A collaborator** - you love to work on projects that have functional workflows - ** A producer** - you're comfortable quickly switching context and adapting - ** An empath** - you know how to connect and communicate with different audiences - ** A time-manager** - you know how to reprioritize when moving parts are dependent on timelines - ** A thinker** - you take advantage of resources and implement ideas in new ways to find solutions - ** - ** An individualist **- you succeed by leading your own projects and producing impactful outcomes **What you'll do**: - Address employee and managers recognition questions regarding points redemption system, company store, CSG me day and ways to recognize teams versus individuals. - Partner with employer brand team to find ways to promote the global recognition program and increase employee awareness/adoption while providing regular recognition statistics. - Project manage different recognition programs and contribute to the creation, brainstorming, and execution of new global and local recognition programs. - Maintain CSG's recognition platform AwardCo and Company Store which includes vendor partnerships to address issues and lead resolution. - Perform monthly ad-hoc, usage statistics/reports, and payroll reporting for HRBPs/Executive Admins and accounting team. - Manage invoices and review systems to find opportunities for optimization across the recognition framework. - Partner with CSG's Corporate Communications team to launch change management, campaign, and employee education communications - Resort to designing your own headers, social posts, videos, or other when needed if marketing team is unavailable - It's important to the success of the program and yours to have the ability to meet due dates **You should have**: - Bachelor's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience - 2 years' experience involved in a recognition program or relevant experience - 2 years' experience evoking a message or request an action from an audience in a creative and meaningful way - Exposure to Canva or Asana tools - Exposure to complex and scalable projects - Proficient in English in a business environment - Salary range is contingent on_ _but not limited to_ _geographical location and experience._ **Perks & Benefits**: - Work from Home, in-office, or hybrid - CSG Me Day: a day off to put yourself first - Adoption Program - Emotional and Metal Wellbeing - Medical, Dental, Vision, and Retirement - Paid Time Off - Parental Leave - Volunteer Time Off - Education reimbursement **Our Story**: For over 40 years, we've serviced the world's most recognizable brands with future-ready solutions in customer engagement, revenue management, and payments that make ordinary customer experiences extraordinary.
