Academic Systems Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ellucian Banner, particularly the Student module, and a deep understanding of higher education academic processes. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing academic processes using Banner Student. They will also provide functional consulting to academic areas, admissions, registration, etc., participate in system implementations, updates, or migrations, train key and end-users on tool usage, document requirements, processes, and configurations, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and ensure integration with other institutional systems (finance, HR, etc.). Requirements - University degree in Systems Engineering, Educational Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. - Proven experience with Ellucian Banner, especially the Student module. - Deep knowledge of higher education academic processes. - Analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills. - Desirable experience in digital transformation projects or educational ERP systems.
