About the role: ClearlyRated is seeking a SeniorCustomer Success Manager to own and manage a portfolio of B2B SaaScustomers across the U.S. You’ll be the primary contact helpingclients maximize their value from our platform, driving adoption,retention, and expansion. You’ll collaborate across departments,bring strategic insight to renewals, and use tools like HubSpot andcustomer dashboards to prioritize outreach. This is a fully remote,LATAM-based position with a focus on clear written communication,proactive problem-solving, and customer-first thinking. What you’lldo: 1. Own a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients and lead them throughthe customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. 2. Proactivelyplan and execute renewal strategies, stakeholder alignment, andoutreach. 3. Use dashboards and data to monitor health scores andprioritize at-risk accounts. 4. Drive adoption and expansion byhelping customers realize value through professional services andproduct usage. 5. Communicate regularly and effectively via email;you’ll write clear, helpful, and client-centric messages daily. 6.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to close feedbackloops and resolve customer needs. 7. Mitigate churn throughproactive engagement and thoughtful customer journey management. 8.Participate in internal Slack channels to share insights, surfaceideas, and contribute to the team’s collective knowledge. 9. Trackall engagement, workflows, and account activity in HubSpot or asimilar CRM. What we’re looking for: 1. 2-5 years in a CustomerSuccess, Account Management, or other client-facing B2B SaaS role.2. Proven success managing USA-based customers or teams in asubscription model. 3. Strong grasp of customer lifecycle metricslike NRR (Net Revenue Retention), churn, and upsell strategies. 4.Excellent written communication; your emails should be clear,concise, and human. 5. Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM tomanage workflows. 6. Highly strategic and proactive; you plan aheadand don’t wait for things to go wrong. 7. Comfortable navigatingambiguity and asking for clarity when needed. 8. Empathetic andservice-oriented, with a commercial mindset. 9. Self-motivated andconfident working autonomously.
