Job Title: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Lead to drive the success of our client launches and migrations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee project activities associated with client onboarding and migration to new products and services - Ensure successful project delivery by organizing, facilitating, and leading cross-functional teams - Manage procurement and tools such as Ariba - Utilize Project Management and collaboration solutions like Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Webex - Stay up-to-date with industry trends in Networking (VPN/Connectivity/Access Control), IVR, Telecom, Dialer, Recording Technologies, and Omnichannel technology Platforms - Develop and implement operational contingency plans for new and existing programs Project Management Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout each project - Coordinate IT, Telecom, and Development resources to complete voice and data-based requirements - Document and execute specific requirements for new product and program launches; manage major change requests - Collaborate with the business development team to grow existing accounts and close critical business items - Maintain zero client escalations and ensure strong collaboration across project team members Professional Services Support Responsibilities: - Support and manage projects on behalf of IT - Partner with project team members to drive quality results and deliverables - Ensure all required deliverables are completed to high standards and stored appropriately Supervisory Responsibilities: - Identify tasks and request resources from functions to be assigned to project teams - Work in matrix management to ensure completed work is of high quality and within project deadlines Benefits of this role include: - A collaborative and dynamic work environment - Opportunities for professional growth and development - A competitive salary and benefits package - The chance to work on challenging projects and make a real impact In order to succeed in this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 5+ years of experience in technical project management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Familiarity with project management tools and technologies
