The Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include risk management, mitigation planning, and stakeholder communication. Main Responsibilities and Deliverables Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. Lead all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Utilize NICE project management methodologies, tools, and templates effectively. Define project tasks, develop plans, monitor progress, and manage scope changes. Serve as the primary contact for projects, representing NICE in forums and advising clients on roadmaps and ROI maximization. Proactively address issues, communicate status, and escalate as needed. Manage project revenue and forecasts, updating management systems accordingly. Assess delivery quality and efficiency, providing feedback and contributing to process improvements. Participate in the broader project management community to enhance practices. Qualifications At least 5 years of proven experience managing teams and projects in a matrix environment, preferably with international clients. Experience in consulting or software organizations delivering solutions to external clients. Experience managing the full software SDLC, including discovery, design, and development. Ability to manage complex, dynamic, and multiple projects, including IT, telephony, and software projects. Strong client relationship skills and ability to bridge business and technical issues. Willingness to work in a dynamic, global team environment. Strong business acumen, revenue forecasting, and budget management skills. PMP certification is desirable.
