Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do Oversee the planning and coordination of kit-related assets across multiple countries in Latin America Calculate future kit needs to support both short-term and long-term operational demands Coordinate with in-country teams to ensure timely and accurate kit assembly Monitor and manage the kit build process to support operational continuity Ensure proper execution of financial planning processes related to capital expenses Maintain visibility and control over inventory levels, including assets placed at customer locations Collaborate closely with commercial and logistics teams in each country to align priorities and actions Perform regular cycle counts and support inventory accuracy across all regions What you will need Required: Academic background in logistics, supply chain, administration, or related fields Proven experience in strategic inventory management and control Advanced proficiency in Excel Conversational English Preferred: Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries Background in managing direct channels such as kitrooms Previous experience leading or mentoring team members Travel Percentage: 40%
