Job Summary: - English - Spanish Language (Oral and writing 85 % or higher), (B2+ or above). - 3+ years of experience in related fields, i.e software development, DBA, BI, Data science, and other automation tools. - High School diploma. - Able to build automations without direction. - 4+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere - 3-5 years of coaching & managing direct reports on assigned projects. - Experience in managing teams. - Certification in one or more of the following: - Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (AARPA) - Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional (AMRPA) - Automation Anywhere Certified Process Mining Professional (APM) - Automation Anywhere Certified Chatbot Developer (ACCD) - Automation Anywhere Certified Web Scraping and Data Integration Professional (AWSDI) - Automation Anywhere Certified Machine Learning Professional (AMLP) - Automation Anywhere Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (AAIP) - _ MS Power Platform Fundamental _certification_. _ Skills and Experience: - Experience with MS Power BI and database design - Experience with MS Power Automate - 6+ months of experience in development (i.e.,.Net/Visual/SQL/HTML/Macros) - Consulting experience - Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication **Key Job Responsibilities**: - Provide Subject matter expertise automation technology such as Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate, Database, REST API, and BI tools. - Creates and maintains Solution Design Documents (SDD) and project estimates. - Identifies and communicates the technical infrastructure requirements and drives the strategic and tactical roll-out of the automation solution to department/functions. - Define coding standards, policies, and procedures. - Support practice directors with account strategy. - Leads Practice Knowledge Sharing sessions. - Works within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process. - Mentors and coaches lower-level developers through performance evaluations, reviews, 1:1’s, and other forms of performance management. - Ensures quality of coded components by overseeing thorough unit testing. - Analyzes, understands, and documents the business processes in detail where required. - Manages a team of developers and tracks project deliverables in a timely manner. - Assists in creating content for demonstrations with existing and potential clients, including POCs, presentations, case studies, blogs, or additional sales material or resources.
