**About SLB** **About this role** The Contracts Analyst, is an entry level position for the Legal Function is a member of the Legal Support Center (LSC who under the supervision of the Contracts Team Lead assists with the provision of Contracts assistance and advice in support of operations. **Key Responsibilities** - Reviews, negotiates and drafts Contracts with Schlumberger clients and/ or suppliers for the provision of SLB products and/or Services. - Drafts and/ or reviews and communicates exceptions to tender documents and RFQ´s. - Develops and administers contracts under supervision, and ensures compliance with administrative procedures. - Promotes compliance with the SEC and GeoMarket tender procedures. - Ensures compliance with SLB policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations. - Collaborates with the Legal Department, as appropriate to ensure contractual risks are clearly identified and properly addressed in contractual provisions. **Requirements**: - Essential Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Attorney - Advance English is required - Experience - 3 years´ experience in Contracts/ Legal Departments or Law Firm - Ability for assists, supports and actively participates in all aspects of Post Award Contract Management including (but not limited to) Mid Term Contract Reviews. - Key competencies and behaviors - Excellent Oral and written communications - Strong analytical skills and Attention to detail **SLB as an employer** As a leading employer in our industry, SLB is proud to offer a highly competitive package of base and incentive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits program designed to support the health, wellness and financial security of our employees and their families.
