Business Growth Expert We're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Expert, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic outreach efforts, identifying and qualifying potential customers, and working closely with Account Executives to develop and implement outbound prospecting strategies. As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in the company's growth strategy by focusing on outbound prospecting and lead generation to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for proactively initiating conversations, identifying and qualifying potential customers through strategic outreach efforts. You will work closely with an Account Executive to identify potential customers and target industries and together develop and implement appropriate outbound prospecting strategies. - Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to prospect and engage leads. - Qualify outbound-sourced leads based on defined criteria and determine their potential as customers, and schedule qualified leads for follow-up discovery meetings with your account executives to further assess their business and potential for partnership with HubSpot. Required Skills and Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are authorized to work in Colombia and have native language fluency in Portuguese AND English. Experience working with/in the Brazilian market is a plus.
