Job Description We're seeking a skilled Technical Analyst II to contribute to the overall success of our Global Technology Services. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed in support of our business strategies and objectives. This includes overseeing vulnerabilities pertaining to patching cadences for infrastructure and application servers, collecting and analyzing critical application assets remediation efforts, and generating reports attesting to remediation findings. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need advanced Excel skills, strong Power BI knowledge, and experience with ServiceNow. You should also have a technical background, be familiar with vulnerability management and cybersecurity principles, and have bilingual English/Spanish language skills (B2 level).
