The Cash and Trade Operations Senior Group Manager is a senior management position responsible for achieving results through the management of a team or department to support clients in cash account opening/closing, funds movement, intra-day funds management and compliance coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. Key Responsibilities - Manage a large team of cash and trade operations and transaction services managers, including people, budget, and planning. - Oversee multiple major processes, such as trade and cash processing, operational accounting, reconciliation, proofing, etc. - Ensure quality reviews, end results, budget, policy formulation, and planning contribute significantly to the future strategy of Cash and Trade Operations. - Manage client transaction reporting, including new product introductions, statement migrations, branding, legal disclaimers, etc. - Resolve complex issues with substantial impact and execute transaction services strategies by applying in-depth industry knowledge. - Negotiate internally and externally, as needed. - Avoid risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Requirements - 15+ years of experience in a related role. - Experience in business, functional, and people management. - Trade Operations knowledge in a large operations center. - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. - Able to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment. Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Master's degree preferred. - Spanish and English language proficiency.
