Account Manager Job Summary This is a challenging role that requires strong sales and technical skills to manage key accounts and sell electrical products in distribution channels, electrical contractors, and utilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and achieving sales forecasts while meeting key performance metrics. They will establish and build strong working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with fluent Spanish language skills and English proficiency. They will also possess excellent communication, sales acumen, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and achieving sales forecasts while meeting key performance metrics - Establishing and building strong working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members - Developing an understanding of the customer's position in the market, their product, points of difference, and competitive landscape - Generating demand by identifying opportunities within assigned territory and specifying TE products - Participating in the definition of technical solutions in accordance with customer and product specifications - Preparing commercial bids, tenders, and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements maximizing profits The ideal candidate will also have experience working with Salesforce software, excellent negotiation and written and verbal communication skills, friendly behavior, and the ability to assert themselves. They will be willing to travel inland and abroad, possess product and industry knowledge, and have self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
