The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inbusiness development, team leadership, marketing strategyexecution, and P&L; management. This role requires at leastthree years of business development experience in FX & CFDs andan additional two years of experience managing a team of BDMs andmarketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implementa comprehensive business strategy to grow market share and revenue.- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs)and oversee marketing initiatives. - Drive client acquisition andretention strategies, ensuring sustainable business growth. -Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategiestailored to the local market. - Manage the profit and loss(P&L;) for the market, ensuring revenue targets and budget goalsare met. - Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, andlocal alliances to enhance brand visibility. - Ensure compliancewith local regulatory requirements and industry best practices. -Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, andmedia engagements to build brand awareness. - Provide regularreports and insights on market trends, competition, and performancemetrics. Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Business,Finance, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years ofbusiness development experience in FX & CFDs industry. - Atleast 2 years of experience managing a team of BDMs and overseeingmarketing strategies. - Strong knowledge of financial markets,trading platforms, and brokerage operations. - Proven expertise inP&L; management, strategic planning, and market expansion. -Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment withstrong business acumen. - Proficiency in CRM tools, MicrosoftOffice Suite, and marketing analytics tools. - Multilingualproficiency is a plus, especially in languages relevant to themarket.
