Job Title: Business Systems Analyst This role is part of our team that drives digital transformation and optimizes service delivery models. We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our organization and lead the digital transformation culture change within the Services and Solutions department, spanning over +50 offices worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis and process design, as well as knowledge of system functionality and application capabilities. Key Responsibilities: * Build deep system knowledge of the assigned service line and become an SME within the organization * Design and enhance continuously our business processes in partnership with operational leaders * Maintain the global configuration of the workflow solution updated against approved business processes * Ensure country-level implementations adhere to group-wide standards * Analyze and understand in-depth functionality and capabilities of existing and new tools and applications * Support identifying TMF global automation gaps and tech stack functionality improvements * Analyze local requirements to identify gaps vs. group standard, proposing solutions that maintain the integrity of the solutions Requirements: - +2 years of experience as Business or IT Analyst - Experience preparing process maps, data models - Basic SQL (DB) knowledge - Alteryx/Power BI/Power Platform knowledge is a plus - Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret and structure data for different audiences.
