Responsible for planning and operational aspects of campaign - Work closely with internal teams to improve campaign mechanic and optimize assets - Perform quantitative analysis to identify key revenue drivers, evaluate seller's commercial deals and forecast sales opportunities - Roll out projects across departments, develop a detailed project plan to track progress, manage timeline through liaise with multiple cross-functional teams - Secure target participants for key campaigns - Measure campaign performance and visualize data using appropriate tools and techniques - Leverage on logical thinking to optimize working process by being able to identify potential pain points and propose solutions - Present findings and proposal to high-level management on a weekly basis **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineer, or any related fields - At least 3 years of working experience - Experience in management ing and eCommerce is a plus - Experienced in management role - passionate in coaching, mentoring and team management - Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills; able to work and communicate well with cross-functional parties. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments - Ability to work independently to carry out action plan throughout the project - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines - Enfoque práctico, cómodo en el manejo de hojas de cálculo y presentaciones avanzadas.
