Role Overview The Technical Architect will partner with internal and external stakeholders to craft and implement solutions meeting our customers' needs in LATAM, applying standard processes and representing Salesforce as an expert. They will have skills and experience as a consultant/architect with a proven track record of providing end-to-end system architecture solutions and customer engagement management. Responsibilities Work with Salesforce customer account teams to ensure customer success with our platform. Customer Success is #1 Act as a Trusted Advisor and SME for our clients Guide implementation projects to follow Salesforce methodologies and align with our product roadmap, ensuring solutions meet long-term business objectives Deliver technical consulting and advisory services, including workshops, reviews, training, development, integrations, optimizations, and technical support Assess customer’s business & technology requirements and translate into solutions Lead planning, organization, and leadership within customer and partner project teams Continuously develop expertise on Salesforce Industries Platform Cloud and related technologies Contribute to thought leadership and share knowledge within the Salesforce community Candidate Profile Who you are… Proven experience in Consulting or Professional Services Delivery Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (intermediate level) Great team player Problem solver with ability to implement end-to-end solutions Technical skills across relevant technologies, cloud platforms, and integrations Preferred Skills: Salesforce Platform Experience Professional Services or consulting experience in customer-facing roles Application Development experience Agile project methodology experience Additional Information Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies, including leadership, volunteer work, etc. Note: Applying once allows multiple teams to review your resume.
