Join us on our mission to create life-changing interactions between humans and online services with new and unseen solutions. **Job Description**: The main purpose of our team is to assure the highest possible route quality for our clients worldwide through route ownership, while increasing company’s profitability. Directly, assure a lower number of complaints from our clients (especially top ones) and less actions for all other internal teams connected with route setup. This is daily Routing Engineer job. It's our responsibility to analyze and monitor quality markers (DR, CR, delays...) on the level of providers, networks, routes, clients. We handle spam complaints from suppliers, whitelisting / blacklisting on requests from account managers and notifying relevant parties. Our team is also responsible for analyzing the usage of Infobip features related to routing, with the assistance of our Dev teams, so their usage and efficiency would be further expanded. As you can read, there are not many dull days within Routing team. **Qualifications**: You know you're doing your job good when: - Perform basic SPAM tasks / features and knows to perform simple actions. - Understand SMS and VOIP Flows. - Utilize tools that are being used for SPAM handling/troubleshooting and know how to resolve simple tasks/alerts. - Resolve alerts by identifying problematic situations/GW and rerouting traffic to the best possible solution. - Are able to manage live traffic by keeping track on the GW Support page and retry reasons, SU - Traffic status Count, Message Log, SNMP Panel. - Can troubleshoot basic issues with GW submit/connectivity issues (checking child GWs, Gw proxy, using Grafana GW KPI page, Communication logs). - Track bulk announcements and maintenance of providers and respond on the same way. - Resolve alerts by identifying problematic situations/GW and rerouting traffic to best possible solution. - Can manage all live traffic by keeping track on GW Support page and retry reasons, SU - Traffic status Count, Message Log, SNMP Panel and special tools for tracking Voice campaigns. - Can troubleshoot basic issues with GW submit/connectivity issues (checking child GWs, Gw proxy, using Grafana GW KPI page). - Tracking bulk announcements and maintenance of providers and responding on the same. - Can send notifications to clients regarding traffic degradation. - Set up basic routing platforms like gateway exceptions, and DND exceptions) - Use sender filters on the platform and is able to perform basic inserts/updates/delete (GRS, GSF, GSFE). - Basic understanding of message flow with the ability to read and understand routing test. - Get familiar with basic platform features and is able to resolve simple tasks (manipulations, ASTW).
