Key Responsibilities - System Automation Design: Map out internal processes and design automated workflows leveraging AI to optimize daily tasks. - Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor AI automation systems, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implementing improvements. - Integration Management: Seamlessly integrate multiple AI platforms and third-party APIs, including Google Workspace and various AI tools. - Workflow Optimization: Work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points and develop scalable, automated solutions. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of automation workflows, performance metrics, and updates for internal use. Required Experience & Skills - Experience: at least 1 year of experience working with AI technologies, and at least 2 years of experience in workflow automation platforms and related tools. - Automation Tools: Strong proficiency with workflow platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Bolt.new, and similar tools. - AI Platforms: Hands-on experience with frameworks and models such as Claude, Cursor, and other emerging AI technologies. - Web Development: Solid understanding of web development fundamentals. - API Integration: Strong knowledge of Google APIs, Google Workspace, and Google Console integrations. - Technical Agility: Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize in dynamic environments.
