About This Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-touch customer accounts and driving their success. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations. - Understand customer strategies and goals, and identify opportunities to leverage Schneider Electric solutions to drive business value. - Develop and implement customized onboarding plans tailored to individual customer needs. - Create and manage customer success plans that align with customer business objectives and desired outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field. - Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the software industry, with a focus on customer success, stakeholder management, account management, or similar functions. - Strong understanding of Power Distribution Utilities' business processes and regulatory compliance principles is a significant advantage. - Familiarity with customer success platforms and tools is a plus.
